1.0    Use of Services

1.2    You agree to use the Services only for lawful transactions.

1.3    You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided (including billing details, contact information, and transaction instructions).


2.0    Payment Processing

2.1    We provide a platform to facilitate payments between merchants and customers.

2.2    All transactions are subject to authorisation and verification by the respective financial institutions.

2.3    We do not guarantee the completion of a transaction if the payer’s bank/card issuer declines authorisation.


3.0    Fees

3.1    Applicable fees for use of our Services will be displayed before payment confirmation.

3.2    By proceeding, you agree to the fees and charges applied to your transaction.


4.0    Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1    Refunds are subject to the merchant’s individual refund/cancellation policy. Please contact the merchant directly regarding refunds.

4.2    Our role is limited to payment processing; we do not control or guarantee merchant refunds.

4.3    In cases of unauthorised or erroneous transactions, you may request an investigation by contacting (support email/phone). Refunds (if any) will be processed within (7–14 working days), subject to verification.

4.4    Any processing fees charged are non-refundable, unless required by law.


5.0    Data Protection & Privacy (PDPA Compliance)

5.1    We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

5.2    Personal data collected (such as name, email, and billing details) will only be used for transaction processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

5.3    We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.


6.0    Security

6.1    Transactions are encrypted with industry-standard security measures (e.g., SSL, PCI-DSS compliance).

6.2    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6.3    We are not liable for losses due to unauthorised use of your account if caused by your negligence.


7.0    Limitation of Liability

7.1    We are not responsible for disputes between merchants and customers.

7.2    We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

7.3    Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific transaction in question.


8.0    Intellectual Property

8.1    All trademarks, logos, and content on this website remain the property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors.

8.2    You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.


9.0    Amendments

9.1    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”

10.0 Governing Law
